New re introduced product, the LEG-0007 Lifting handle
Fits at the drive side of the bike and is used to lift the bike up onto the centre stand, Folds away very nicely. Anyone who has lifted these bikes knows how heavy they are, Easy to fit , just remove the rear shockabsorber, fit the handle in behind the top shockabsorber bolt, locate the hole for the peg and refit the shockabsorber and mounting bolt, job done. Very usefull piece of kit. Fits T160, T150 and T120 plus possibly many more models

Are you fed up of poor quality fork oil seals constantly leaking. Due to customer demand we have specificaly imported from Italy the Ariete fork oil seals Part number 97-4001A -T120/T140/T150/T160 Ariete Fork oil Seal kit. The kit contains 2 Ariete seals and a sachet of Ariete fork lubricant. These are new in stock due to customer demand for a better quality seal for conical and disc forks. These seals are specificaly designed to be used for forks and unlike the cheaper version of the 97-4001 these are designed to be used in a situation where the seal is in contact with a tube that moves in an up and downwards motion where the cheaper seal is specificaly designed to be used in a revolving shaft situation and is not designed as a fork seal. Just received in stock, new supply of the long awaited Polished right hand fork leg for twin disc conversion, I can now supply either the fork leg on its own or as a full kit.
The full kit consists of a Polished bottom RH Leg, Four long hub bolts, Two Grimeca calipers. One disc, 2 x sets brake pads and the twin disc braided hose kit incl crossover pipe ( please specify either US or UK bars to get the correct length of hose and model of bike T140, T150 or T160) all studs and caliper mtg bolts plus fork oil seal.

Hi Phil, Tri-spark works fantastically well on the bonnie. After honing barrel and re-ringing etc, the first test runs were disappointing. This was due to the head gasket settling in. When I re-torqued the head and reset the valve clearances (which were about zero) the engine runs like new. To set the carbs, I used a spare spark plug and a jump lead to earth it to the bike and setting the pilot and tickover was quick and simple. Just back from a 45 mile trip and she never missed a beat. I have owned the bike from new (May 1978) 7300 miles on the clock and Tri-spark has been the best thing I’ve added. Most impressed.

Heavy duty clutch cables for Triples, from Venhill engineering, 9.5mm robust T4 outer with heavy duty liner and 2.5mm inner cable. Reduces outer cable flex transmitting more energy into operating the clutch. £22.55 + VAT.

Triple rocker lids REVISED DESIGN

Arrow steel conrods for Triples
After a long wait we now have UK made Arrow steel conrods for Triples. Super strong they are the best you can get. Weight-matched in sets of 3. £528 + VAT a set. SUPPORT BRITISH INDUSTRY. Order part no 70-9740A. Back in stock.
Available in 27mm or 30mm, overall length 80mm, these have the same shape as the Works racing items, but with the advantage that they can be slipped over the carb inlet rather than having to have it machined and bonded on. Secured by 3 stainless steel grubscrews. Please note that on a standard T150 these will not fit between the centre carb and frame downtube.
We have a limited supply of RayGun silencers, good welding, Campbells style but no stamp on the outside face. 1¼" inlet diameter. £99 + VAT each (pairs only). Order part nos 70-9036/7.
Exchange Lightened/balanced clutch Triple.
Supplied on an exchange basis, the clutch assembly includes a new friction plate, special bearing and has been lightened by approximately 1 lb (.45kg) and balanced. We need your old clutch assembly in exchange but please ensure it is in reasonable condition, i.e. no play in the output shaft and clean friction surfaces inside. Please state model, T160, T150 or R3

High Flow, washable K&N air filter elements for T150/R3 and T160
EBC HH brake pads
Latest 'Double H' pads from EBC. Offer much-improved performance although they may slightly increase disc wear. Customer quote "It changed my single front disc from barely adequate to being able to lock the front wheel". As these are so good it is recommended not to fit them in the rear only without fitting them in the front as well, as brake balance will be severely affected. £17.25 + VAT. P&M racing valve sets
Top quality, hard-wearing valves, flow-efficient head profile, complete with hardened lash caps to avoid stem wear. (Don't be tempted by "Black Diamond" valves on Ebay, they are not the same thing.)Available for Triples (£115 + VAT) and Twins (£77 + VAT). Please note that on Triples they must be used with short valve adjusters.

Machined from billet aluminium, hard anodised. For Pre-unit (57-1549A), Duplex unit twins (57-1570A) and Triplex T140 (57-4640A). Approximately 1/3 the weight of the standard item and takes standard plates. £63.79 + VAT. Use with our alloy clutch friction plates (£5.95 each) to save even more weight, around 3lbs in total.
 T120/T140 7-plate clutch conversion
This conversion consists of 7 new plates with smaller friction area plus one new plain plate. Compared with standard it reduces problems of sticking, slipping, swelling, dragging and heavy operation provided the other components are in good condition. £69.50 + VAT.

Ultimate Triumph clutch
This represents the pinnacle of development of the Triumph 3-spring clutch. Hard-anodised billet alloy clutch drum, alloy friction plates, top quality plain steel plates, billet pressure plate for positive lock up and instant release, new springs. Available in T120 (Duplex) or T140 (Triplex) condition. Weight saving over standard approx 1.5Kg (3lbs) £152.50. Add £30 to upgrade to 7-plate clutch conversion.
Damper rod seal kit
This damper rod kit consists of a set of two damper rod piston rings manufactured of a Phenolic material (fibre resin). They provide much smoother action compared with the standard O-ring. Suits all alloy fork models. £8.50 + VAT a pair. Part no 97-4003P
High output alternator kit
LUCAS 180W alternator (NOT made in China) plus PODtronics solid state regulator box. Develops 70% more power than the standard alternator at only 2400rpm. Now you can run with a Halogen headlight and electronic ignition without worrying about a flat battery. £190.50 + VAT.
Tank reflectors
We now have a quality range of bodywork parts for T100/T120. The under tank reflector and housing comes in two forms, the one on the left (early type) is £16 for the housing and £12 for the reflector. The later type is £17 for the housing and £5.78 for the reflector. We also have the LH sidepanel/toolbox made using the original tooling for £33, unpainted. Also available are two versions of the rear number plate one with single hole top mounting, and one with 2 hole top mounting. Both are painted black. All prices are plus VAT.

Progressive fork springs
Now available for 1945-59 Triumphs and T140 and T150/T160 (and BSA Oil in Frame models) PLUS Hinckley Bonneville and Rocket III (go to New Bonneville) these USA made springs give a smoother ride during normal conditions but offer higher compression rates under more demanding conditions. Other benefits include improved cornering stabilty and reduced dive under braking. £60.42 + VAT a pair.

Boyer- Bransden Ignitions
Boyer Micro-Power ignition
A new version of the Micro-Digital ignition designed specifically for use with high power miniature coils. Although it still fires all cylinders together it overcomes the problem of high power consumption by supplying a very powerful, accurately timed spark. Particularly good where space and weight are at a premium. For Triples one dual and one single coil are supplied, for Twins one dual coil is supplied. HT lead and plugs caps are also included. Very cost-effective if old coils are due for replacement anyway. Price of Triple ignition is £149.92, for Twins £116.26. All prices plus VAT.
