Just received in stock, new supply of the long awaited Polished right hand fork leg for twin disc conversion, I can now supply either the fork leg on its own or as a full kit.
The full kit consists of a Polished bottom RH Leg, Four long hub bolts, Two Grimeca calipers. One disc, 2 x sets Double HH brake pads and the twin disc braided hose kit incl crossover pipe ( please specify either US or UK bars to get the correct length of hose and model of bike T140, T150 or T160) all studs and caliper mtg bolts plus fork oil seal.

Triple rocker lids REVISED DESIGN

After a long wait we now have UK made Arrow steel conrods for Triples. Super strong they are the best you can get. Weight-matched in sets of 3. £528 + VAT a set. SUPPORT BRITISH INDUSTRY. Order part no 70-9740A. Back in stock.
Available in 27mm or 30mm, overall length 80mm, these have the same shape as the Works racing items, but with the advantage that they can be slipped over the carb inlet rather than having to have it machined and bonded on. Secured by 3 stainless steel grubscrews. Please note that on a standard T150 these will not fit between the centre carb and frame downtube.
We have a limited supply of RayGun silencers, good welding, Campbells style but no stamp on the outside face. 1¼" inlet diameter. £99 + VAT each (pairs only). Order part nos 70-9036/7.
Exchange Lightened/balanced clutch Triple.
Supplied on an exchange basis, the clutch assembly includes a new friction plate and has been lightened by approximately 1 lb (.45kg) and balanced. We need your old clutch assembly in exchange but please ensure it is in reasonable condition, i.e. no play in the output shaft and clean friction surfaces inside. Please state model, T160, T150 or R3

Latest 'Double H' pads from EBC. Offer much-improved performance although they may slightly increase disc wear. Customer quote "It changed my single front disc from barely adequate to being able to lock the front wheel". As these are so good it is recommended not to fit them in the rear only without fitting them in the front as well, as brake balance will be severely affected. £17.25 + VAT. P&M racing valve sets
Top quality, hard-wearing valves, flow-efficient head profile, complete with hardened lash caps to avoid stem wear. (Don't be tempted by "Black Diamond" valves on Ebay, they are not the same thing.)Available for Triples (£115 + VAT) and Twins (£77 + VAT).  T120/T140 7-plate clutch conversion
This conversion consists of 7 new plates with smaller friction area plus one new plain plate. Compared with standard it reduces problems of sticking, slipping, swelling, dragging and heavy operation provided the other components are in good condition. £59.13 + VAT.

Replacement for the standard pressed steel plate, CNC-machined from high strength alloy, lighter, stronger. Maximum clutch lockup, fast consistent release, doesn't warp. Our own design with steel thread for adjuster pin. Suits any 3-spring clutch. £24.50 + VAT.
Ultimate Triumph clutch
This represents the pinnacle of development of the Triumph 3-spring clutch. Hard-anodised billet alloy clutch drum, alloy friction plates, top quality plain steel plates, billet pressure plate for positive lock up and instant release, new springs. Available in T120 (Duplex) or T140 (Triplex) condition. Weight saving over standard approx 1.5Kg (3lbs) £152.50. Add £15 to upgrade to 7-plate clutch conversion.
High output alternator kit
LUCAS 180W alternator (NOT made in China) plus PODtronics solid state regulator box. Develops 70% more power than the standard alternator at only 2400rpm. Now you can run with a Halogen headlight and electronic ignition without worrying about a flat battery. £149.95 + VAT.
Tank reflectors
We now have a quality range of bodywork parts for T100/T120. The under tank reflector and housing comes in two forms, the one on the left (early type) is £16 for the housing and £12 for the reflector. The later type is £17 for the housing and £5.78 for the reflector. We also have the LH sidepanel/toolbox made using the original tooling for £33, unpainted. Also available are two versions of the rear number plate one with single hole top mounting, and one with 2 hole top mounting. Both are painted black. All prices are plus VAT.

Progressive fork springs
Now available for 1945-59 Triumphs and T140 and T150/T160 (and BSA Oil in Frame models) PLUS Hinckley Bonneville and Rocket III (go to New Bonneville) these USA made springs give a smoother ride during normal conditions but offer higher compression rates under more demanding conditions. Other benefits include improved cornering stabilty and reduced dive under braking. £60.42 + VAT a pair.

Progressive suspension units
Gas units from Progressive in the USA. Velocity-sensitive valving automatically adjusts for optimum ride and handling. Offset bottom mount for clearance. Damper rod seal kit
This damper rod kit consists of a set of two damper rod piston rings manufactured of a Phenolic material (fibre resin). They provide much smoother action compared with the standard O-ring. Suits all alloy fork models. £8.50 + VAT a pair.

Boyer- Bransden Ignitions
Boyer Micro-Power ignition
A new version of the Micro-Digital ignition designed specifically for use with high power miniature coils. Although it still fires all cylinders together it overcomes the problem of high power consumption by supplying a very powerful, accurately timed spark. Particularly good where space and weight are at a premium. For Triples one dual and one single coil are supplied, for Twins one dual coil is supplied. HT lead and plugs caps are also included. Very cost-effective if old coils are due for replacement anyway. Price of Triple ignition is £149.92, for Twins £116.26. All prices plus VAT.

Inspection cap tool

PODtronics solid state regulator box
Performs the function of both the rectifer and the zener diode in a single compact solid state unit.They can be located anywhere on the machine in free air, not necessarily in the airflow. Also allows conversion of alternator from 6V to 12V.

Optimate battery charger
We now have the OPTIMATE battery charger/conditioner in stock. Much more than a charger, it can be left permanently connected to the battery and constantly monitors the state of the battery keeping it in top condition. New packaging
In an attempt to improve presentation of our products, certain items will now be sealed in tailor made plastic bags. The main items are all our gasket, oil seal, tab washer and O ring sets, plus tappet adjusters and speedo/tacho cables. This makes storage and packing easier and safer. Whilst on the subject of gaskets, there has been a price increase due to the makers having to stop using asbestos during manufacture. It had to come, but it has led to an unavoidable price increase. Console yourself and pop in to your local "Yamusaki" dealer and check out their gasket prices for older machines! Awaiting new stock
Wiring harnesses
We have changed our supplier of wiring harnesses in response to customer comments on the quality of the previous suppliers goods. We have noticed a gradual decline in the quality of fittings used along with obvious cost cutting measures reflected in the quality and incorrect colour coding of the wire used. So we now have harnesses which have all the correct fittings, with decent wire in all the right colours. For earlier models they are available in the cloth braiding where that would have been original equipment. We can also get later harnesses with cloth covering if required but there may be a 2-3 week wait for these.
T160 Fork Covers
Of new manufacture, we now have the correct T160 chrome fork top covers. It is not unknown for T140 items to be sold in their place, but they are not interchangeable. The are the correct length and fit. £24.50 + VAT.
T150 exhaust camshafts
Due to the unavailabilty of new T150 exhaust camshafts, we have commissioned a run of new items to factory specification including nitrided finish. Also suitable for T160. Current UK price £135.00 + VAT.
Twin Disc conversion AVAILABLE NOW See above
For those of you who find the single front disc a little lacking in today's traffic conditions, why not consider a twin disc conversion? We have now had the right hand slider manufactured to our own pattern as opposed to converting a plain right hand slider so this is now as the factory originals. The whole kit with 2 Grimeca alloy calipers and braided hoses is available for around £475 + VAT depending on exact specification.
70-7597 T150 Exhaust manifold
From a new manufacturer, these are the best we have yet to stock, with excellent fit and finish. Correct fillet between outer and inner pipe and outer pipe ends are swaged rather than a welded on stub. £89.50 + VAT. Downpipes from the same manufacturer also available at £65.00 + VAT.
T150 Primary Chainwheel
Likewise we have complete transmission rear sprocket assemblies complete with shock absorber and chainwheel which are on offer for £90 + VAT. These are the earlier 'short-nose' version but can be used on any machine with the spacer supplied. Spiders and chainwheel also available separately.
A further refinement of the original, now microprocessor controlled for even more accurate control of the ignition advance curve. Good starting and tickover. Available for both Twins (£76.03) and Triples (£82.90) both plus VAT. For T150s/R3s 6V coils are also needed. Suppressed plug caps are also recommended (see below).
Stainless Steel master cylinder and piston
Now available again these stainless barrels look superb and will remain looking good forever.
