    Purchasing On-line

    When you purchase products from us we ask you for are your name, billing and delivery address, contact information including email address, details about your motorcycle and credit card information.

    We will use your information to verify your credit card details for your purchase, process your order and to send you your goods. We will also send you order progress updates via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your delivery or products ordered.

    Your information is stored in our order processing system which is based in with the UK.

    Your credit card details are received by industry recognised payment processor Sagepay.

    We use several courier companies to deliver your goods and we share with them your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to fulfil delivery of your order.

    We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

    How long do we keep your information for?

    We keep your information for six years after purchase. Your personal information associated with the order will then be removed.

    We keep enquiry emails for one year after which we delete them.
